By using Furwell ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

Furwell is a pet health tracking application. It helps you organize health records, medications, symptoms, and daily check-ins for your pets. The app includes an AI-powered symptom triage feature that provides general guidance.

Not Medical Advice

Furwell is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. The AI triage feature provides general informational guidance only. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions about your pets. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the app.

Your Data

You own your data. Pet health records, profiles, and all information you enter belongs to you. Data is stored on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

• Furwell offers a free tier (up to 2 pets) and a premium subscription (Furwell+).
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by Apple.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Furwell to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Abuse the AI triage feature (excessive automated requests)
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Availability

We aim to keep Furwell available and working well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furwell and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to decisions made based on AI triage assessments.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
