Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a new pet?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen. Enter your pet's name, species, breed, birthday, and weight. You can add a photo from your library or camera.

How does AI Triage work?

Go to the AI Triage tab and describe your pet's symptoms. The AI will assess urgency, suggest possible causes, and recommend whether you should visit a vet. This is guidance only — always consult your veterinarian for medical decisions.

How do I set up medication reminders?

In the Medications tab, tap "Add Medication" and enter the name, dosage, frequency, and schedule. Furwell will send push notifications at the times you set.

Can I use Furwell on multiple devices?

Yes. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs automatically across all your Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Data Management → Export. Your data will be exported as a file you can save or share.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This will restore any active subscription linked to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Furwell → Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual pets or records within the app. To delete all data, remove the app from your device and clear Furwell data from iCloud (Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage).
